What we did

MEMBERS

For participation in multinational operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm and sortalike operations in the Persian Gulf and the middle East from 1991 till 1994

The Wisam Al-Tahrir (Liberation Medal) was issued by the government of Kuwait for service during the campaign Desert Shield and Desert Storm from 2 august 1990 to 31 august 1993

The Saudi Arabian version of the Kuwait Liberation Medal is awarded to members of the Coalition Forces who participated in Operation Desert Storm and the liberation of Kuwait between the dates of January 17, 1991 and February 28, 1991.

For participation in multinational operations in former Yugoslavia, like the EC Monitor Mission, WEU-Mostar, SAM-mission, ICFY, Sharp guard, Deny-Flight, Joint Endeavour, Joint Guard and Deliberate Guard

NATO Medal for Yugoslavia Service
The NATO Medal is an international military decoration which is awarded to various militaries of the world under the authority of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO)


UNPROFOR Medal
Awarded for service in the Mission, establishing and maintaining demilitarised areas and ceasefires within the former Yugoslavia
